摘　　要：彩铃业务即个性化回铃业务,是电信企业近年来重点打造的个人增值业务。在实际工程设计中,彩铃系统服务器的处理能力如何计算,怎样才能既保证业务的顺利完成又为电信运营商节省投资,成为了彩铃系统设计中的重点。针对具体问题,简要阐述了彩铃业务的实现技术,服务器处理能力计算的模型及方法。CRBT is the personal value-added service which is the key project of telecommunications company. In practical engineering design, how to calculate treatment capacity of CRBT, how can both guarantee service complete smoothly and save money for the telecommunication operator, have become the key point of the CRBT. Aiming to these problems, the article explains the technology of CRBT service, the calculation model and method of server treatment capacity.
