摘　　要：目的建立喉疾灵胶囊中龙脑的含量测定方法。方法采用GC法。色谱柱为ZB—WAX毛细管柱（30m×0.25 mm×0.25μm）;FID氢火焰检测器;柱温是程序升温50℃-235℃。结果本法的加样回收率为99.76%,RSD为1.25%（n=6）。结论采用本法测定龙脑的含量具有快速、准确、重现性好的特点,结果准确,可加强喉疾灵胶囊的质量控制。Objective To develop a determination method for borneolum in Houjiling Capsule.Methods Gas chromatography（GC） was used.The Chromatographic column was ZB-WAX capillary column（30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm）.The detector was FID.The temperature of column was set as the programmed temperature of 50 ℃-235 ℃.Results The average recovery of the method was 99.76 %,and RSD %=1.25 %（n=6）.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Houjiling Capsule.
