摘  要:目的采用膜分离技术解决安神补脑液的质量稳定性问题。方法在安神药材的提取中采用陶瓷膜过滤,然后醇沉除杂;在安神补脑液配制的末端过滤采用管式有机膜过滤,考察不同规格的膜材料及在不同参数条件下,对安神补脑液产品的质量稳定性影响。结果采用滤膜孔径100 nm的陶瓷膜直接处理药材水提液,可有效降低醇沉时乙醇的耗用量,提高除杂效率,降低能耗。结合后端采用管式有机膜过滤,可有效提高制剂的澄明度和稳定性。结论通过采用先进的膜分离技术,优化工艺参数,可有效解决安神补脑液的澄清度问题。Objective To solve the stability issue of Anshen Bunao Oral Solution with membrane filtration technology.Methods Ceramic membrane filtration,followed by alcohol precipitation,was used to purify the water extract of raw medicinal materials of Anshen Bunao Oral Solution,and tubular organic membranes were uses for dead-end filtration during the production of Anshen Bunao Oral Solution.The effects of different specifications of membranes under different parameter conditions on the stability of Anshen Bunao Oral Solution were studied.Results The use of ceramic membrane(100 nm) filtration on purification of water extract of raw materials effectively reduced the consumption of alcohol in alcohol precipitation,improved purification efficiency and reduced the energy consumption.The combination of dead-end filtration with tubular organic membranes effectively improved the clarity and stability of the preparation.Conclusion With the use of advanced membrane filtration technology and optimized process parameters,the clarity issue of Anshen Bunao Oral Solution can be effectively solved.
