摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对泉州市民办高校体育师资队伍年龄、学历、职称等基本信息和教师教学、科研、继续教育等情况进行分析和研究,针对存在的问题提出要了相应的对策,为泉州市民办高校体育教学改革提供一定的理论依据。This paper analyzes and studies,through the literature data,questionnaire and mathematical statistics method,the basic information of Physical Education（PE）teaching staff in non-state-run colleges and universities in Quanzhou,including the age,educational background and title and teaching status,scientific research,further education and so on.Based on the existing problems,many corresponding measurements have been put forward,which provide certain theoretical basis for the reform of PE teaching in non-state-run colleges and universities in Quanzhou.
