摘　　要：提出了变迁子集的非完美变迁集的概念,非完美变迁集中的元素(成员)即为非完美变迁。一条资源变迁回路θ是完美的,当且仅当其变迁集T[θ]的非完美变迁集为空。对于一个变迁子集T1而言,已知T1中存在非完美变迁,如果试图从T1中删去一些变迁而得到T2,使得T2中没有非完美变迁,则一定要将T1中的非完美变迁全部删除。We propose the conception of the set of non-perfect transitions,which consists of non-perfect transitions.A resource transition circuit （RTC for short） named θ is perfect,if and only if the set of non-perfect transitions of the transition sub-set T [θ ] is NULL.Consider the transition sub-net T1 where T1 has some non-perfect transitions,all the non-perfect transitions must be deleted in order that the final obtained transition sub-set T2 has no non-perfect transitions.
