全麻患者膀胱截石位摆放时机的选择与舒适度的研究

摘　　要：目的比较全麻前后摆放膀胱截石位巡回护士所用的时间、人力、医生对体位的满意度以及患者术后不良反应。方法将76例手术需要摆放截石位的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组选择全麻气管插管前摆放截石位,请患者主动配合。对照组选择全麻气管插管后摆放截石位。结果两组对比摆放体位的时间、人数、医生对体位满意度、术后不良反应等均有显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结论在全麻患者意识清醒的状态下摆放截石位患者可以主动配合,巡回护士操作简单省力,可以提高工作效率,患者术后舒适度高。Objective： Comparision of time,manpower used by the circulating nurses and doctors’ satisfactory degree and patients’ adverse effects after surgery of the lithotomy position before or after general anaesthesia were studied.Methods： 76 patients who need lithotomy position were divided into experimental group and comparision group.Experimental group patients placed lithotomy position before intubation.The patients cooperated actively.Comparision group patients placed lithotomy position after intubation.Results： The time,manpower,doctors’ satisfactory degree and patients’ adverse effects after surgery diverse significantly between the two groups （P0.01）.Conclusion： The general anesthesia patient can cooperate actively with sober condition,and circulating nurse can work more efficiently and the patients feel more comfortable after surgery.
