棉型经纱可织性的综合评价指标探索

摘　　要：选取具有代表性、生产规模大、质量稳定的8个棉型织物品种,测试其原纱和浆纱的各项性能,提取与经纱断头率显著相关的多指标做主成分分析,获取一个评价棉型经纱可织性的综合指标.结果显示,该指标与实际织造效果一致性良好,可用以综合评价棉型经纱可织性,亦可用来分析和研究提高棉型经纱可织性的对策.This paper tried to search an integrated evaluation index for cotton-type warps.Eight types of cotton fabric had been chosen,which were representative,in mass and consistent production.The properties of their grey yarns and sized yarns of these fabrics were tested.The indices which were significantly correlated to warp breaking were extracted by correlation analysis and then were investigated by.An integrated index was obtained to evaluate the weavability of the cotton-type warps.Result shows that the integrated index has good consistency with the actual end breakage rate.
