摘　　要：以现状调查为基础,以问题为导向,通过科学的测评方法初步弄清了浙江农村居民住房的基本现状,分析目前农居整治中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了农居绿色化整治"四节"技术与"低成本"方法,并以嘉兴建林村枇杷农家为例,阐述农居绿色化整治技术在实际运用中的方法与技术,为浙江省新农村建设的农居改造提供思想与支撑技术。This article took the present situation investigation as a foundation,and took the question as the guidance,clarified the Zhejiang countryside residential building basic present situation through the science evaluation method,analyzed what the current rural problems was in village green renovation.Moreover,it proposed the village green renovation ＂four（land-saving,materials-saving,energy-saving,water-saving）＂ technology and ＂low cost＂ method,and takes loquat farmyard in Jianlin Village of Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province as an example,to elaborate how to use the green technonlogy in reality.It also provided the thought and the support technology for Zhejiang Province＇s new farmehouse reconstruction.
