摘 要:为探讨番茄类囊体膜脂ω-3脂肪酸去饱和酶基因(LeFAD7基因)在干旱胁迫下对番茄抗旱性的影响,以野生型(WT)和转正义LeFAD7基因株系T(+)-12为试材,测定了番茄叶片类囊体膜脂脂肪酸组成,干旱胁迫后的光合参数、叶绿素荧光参数和活性氧清除酶(SOD、CAT和POD)活性的含量变化。结果表明:转正义基因番茄植株类囊体膜脂中亚麻酸(18∶3)含量升高,亚油酸(18∶2)含量下降,导致膜脂脂肪酸不饱和度升高。与WT相比,干旱胁迫下转正义基因番茄植株的PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和光合速率(Pn)下降程度较小,转正义基因番茄植株能维持较高的抗氧化酶活性。干旱胁迫下LeFAD7基因对番茄起一定的保护作用。In order to investigate effact of LeFAD7 gene of thylakoid membrane on droug resistanc of tomato plants,WT and sense-transgenic lines T(+)-12 of tomato were used to measure the fatty acid composition of thylakoid membrane,photosynthetic and Antioxidant enzyme activIty under drought stress.The results showed that linolenic acid(18∶3) obviously increased and the content of oleic acid(18∶2)concomitantly reduced in the sense-transgenic lines,resulting in the increase of the unsaturation of thylakoid memberrane lipids.The maximal photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ(Fv/Fm) and photosynthetic rates(Pn) in T(+)-12 lines with higher 18∶3 decreased less under drought stress.under drought stress.Compared to WT,the sense-transgenic lines could maintain higher activities of the vigour of antioxidant enzyme.Those results indicated that LeFAD7 gene of thylakoid membrane lipids protect tomato plants on drought stress.
