摘  要:以"碧冠"、"谊和80"和"幸运"3个青花菜品种带柄子叶与下胚轴为材料,探讨了激素组合、苗龄及AgNO3浓度等因素对外植体不定芽分化再生的影响。结果表明:在MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+6-BA 2.0/L+AgNO34.0~6.0 mg/L培养基上,"谊禾80"4 d龄无菌苗的下胚轴和6 d龄带柄子叶可以获得较高的分化率(92.5%和85%);3个品种再生芽在MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L生根培养基上生根率达95%以上。Petiolate cotyledons and hypocotyls of the broccoli(Brassica oleracea var.Italica Planch.) were used as explants in the optimum plant regeneration system.The results showed that the hypocotyls frequency was 92.5% in "YiHe-80",when the explants were precultured for 4 days and placed on the MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.1 mg/L,6-BA 2.0 mg/L,AgNO3 4.0~6.0 mg/L,and the frequency of petiolate cotyledons from 6 day preculture explants was 85% in the same condition.While the root ratio of every variety was beyond 95% on the MS medium with IBA 0.2 mg/L.
