摘  要:利用河北61个气象观测站近47a(1961-2007年)的地面平均风速资料、NCEP/NCAR月平均再分析资料以及北半球环流指数资料,采用线性倾向估计、相关分析、合成分析等方法,对地面平均风速的季节变化特征及影响因子进行了分析,结果表明:(1)近47a来河北四季地面平均风速均呈现出下降趋势,其中春季、冬季的下降速度明显快于夏季、秋季的下降速度。(2)河北地面四季平均风速与同期北半球极涡面积指数呈显著正相关,与北半球副高面积指数呈显著负相关。(3)春季500hPa冷空气势力偏强,850hPa增暖迅速时,河北风速较大;夏季500hPa冷空气势力较强,副高西伸脊点位置偏东时,河北风速较大;秋季500hPa冷空气势力偏强,850hPa降温缓慢时,河北风速较大;冬季500hPa、850hPa冷空气势力均偏强时,河北风速较大。Based on the climatic data of 61 meteorological stations in Hebei Province,monthly mean northern hemisphere circulation index data and NCEP/NCAR monthly mean reanalysis data from 1961 to 2007,using line lean estimate,related analysis,synthesization analysis,the wind velocity change characteristics in Hebei and its influence factors were studied.The results showed that:⑴ The ground wind velocity in spring,summer,autumn and winter all presented unanimously descending trend in Hebei Province between 1961 and 2007.The descending speeds in spring and in winter were more quickly than in summer and in autumn.⑵The wind velocity in Hebei had significant positive correlation with the contemporaneous northern hemisphere polar vortex area index and had significant negative correlation with the contemporaneous northern hemisphere subtropical high area index.(3)While the cold air influence of 500hPa was stronger and the air temperature of 850hPa increased quickly,the wind velocity of spring was stronger.While the cold air influence of 500hPa was stronger and the western Pacific subtropical high extended by east,the wind velocity of summer was stronger.While the cold air influence of 500hPa was stronger and the air temperature of 850hPa decreased slowly,the wind velocity of autumn was stronger.While the cold air influence of 500hPa and 850hPa was stronger,the wind velocity of winter was stronger.
