摘　　要：自动络筒机由于高效、优质和无结头而被广泛应用于络筒工序,但用于生产特细特强捻纱却存在着一定的生产难点。文中分析了产生捻接不良的原因,通过大量试验,优选了捻接参数,包括退捻压力、加捻气压和捻接长度,采用了新型退捻管,由此提高了强捻纱的接头质量。Because of its high -performance, high- quality and non -binding, automatic winder has been widely used, but is difficult in the application of fine strong twist yarn winding. In the article are analyzed the reasons for poor splicing and is described the selection of parameters optimization to improve the detwist pressure, twist pressure and twisting length by use of new bobbing through a large number of experiments.
