隆鼻术、重睑术及同期内眦赘皮矫正术18例

摘　　要：目的观察隆鼻术、重睑术及内眦赘皮同期矫正术的美容效果,探索重睑成形术同期行内眦矫正术的新术式。方法对18例低鼻梁、单睑合并内眦赘皮的求美者同期行鼻小柱旁侧缘弧形切口,置L型硅胶假体隆鼻术、"Y-V"推进技术矫正内眦赘皮术和常规切口重睑成形术。结果 15例获随诊,时间6个月～1年,1例内眦角处重睑线宽度欠一致,l例重睑线呈点状瘢痕,但对手术效果表示较满意。结论 "Y-V"推进技术能充分矫正内眦赘皮,重睑术后形态良好,是一种效果稳定,结果满意的术式。隆鼻术、重睑术及内眦赘皮矫正同期完成,美容效果明显,符合颜面部整体美容的概念,同时为患者节约时间,减少经费。Objective To observe the cosmetological effect of augmentation of nose with simultaneous double-upper-eye lid operation and connection of epicanthus,and to explore a new method to perform the connection of epicanthus applied with upper eyelid fold information in a single procedure.Methods 18 patients with low nose bridge,single-upper-eye lid and epicanthus were in-volved.Augmentation of nose,double-upper-eye lid,＂Y-V＂connection of epicanthus at the root of nose,lateral ventical incision at thenasal trabecula with L-shaped sulicagel prosthesis implantation were performed at the same time.Results 15 cases were followed upafter operation from 6 months to 1 years,in one case,the width of the line of both eye lids was not concident.In another l case,slightexcavating cicatrix can be observed.However,both cases were satisfied with the effect of operation.Conclusion This connection ofepicanthus method with upper double eyelid plasty maybe suitable to all the epicanthus.All of the patients were satisfied with the final results.The simultancous performance of augmentation of nose,double-upper-eye lid operation and connection of epicanthus accordswith the concept of whole cosmetology on the face.The effect is significant.At the same time,It is both economical and time-saving,Compared with single operations,It has obvious advantages.
