摘　　要：目的　旨在探讨吸烟对飞行员体液免疫功能的影响。方法　８８ 例飞行员依是否吸烟分为吸烟组（ｎ ＝ ４３） 和非吸烟组（ｎ ＝ ３５） ，其中吸烟组平均年龄为３７ ±５－８ 岁，非吸烟组平均年龄为３８ ±７－８ 岁。血清免疫球蛋白Ｇ、Ｍ、Ａ 等采用快速免疫消浊法进行定量分析。结果　吸烟组飞行员的血清免疫球蛋白Ｇ、Ｍ、和Ａ 等平均水平均显著低于非吸烟组（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论　吸烟确能降低飞行员的血清免疫球蛋白水平，结果可能损害其体液免疫功能。To study effect of smoking on humoral immunity function of pilots. Methods 88 male pilots were divided into smoker group (n=43,mean age 37±5.8years) and non-smoker group (n=35,mean age 38±7.8 years)according to smoking or not.The immunoglobin G,M,A were deteermined by turbidimetric immunoassay. Results The level of serum immunoblobin of smoker group is significant lower than the one of non-smoker group (P<0.01). Conclusion Smoking could cause the remarkable reduction of serum immunoglobin and injure the humoral immunity function of pilots
