摘 要:为了研究不同花粉源授粉对清见桔橙杂交果实坐果及品质影响的关系,分别选用沙糖桔、新会甜橙、奥灵达夏橙、星路比葡萄柚为父本、清见桔橙为母本进行异花授粉,以清见桔橙自花授粉作对照。结果表明,不同杂交授粉组合及自交的座果率分别为17.5%~25.7%和11.3%,单果重262.7~341.8 g和331.3 g,果形指数0.76~0.79和0.73,可溶性固形物10.3%~11.0%和10.2%,果皮厚0.39~0.45 cm和0.43 cm,种子数6.3~37.8粒和13.7粒,可食率72.3%~76.4%和73.1%,每100 mL果汁含柠檬酸0.69~0.74 g和0.77 g、Vc 34.4~37.9 mg和37.8 mg、还原糖3.97~4.35 g和4.19 g、蔗糖4.51~4.85 g和4.13 g。经多重比较发现,异花授粉能显著提高清见桔橙座果率,明显影响果实的种子数、单果重、果形指数和蔗糖含量,表现出花粉直感现象,而对其可溶性固形物、果皮厚度、可食率、酸、Vc和还原糖含量影响不大。To study the effects of different pollen sources on fruit setting and fruit quality,Shatangju tangerine,Xinhui sweet orange,Olinda valencia orange and Star Ruby grapefruit were selected as male parents and Kiyomi tangor as female parents for hybridization,and Kiyomi tangor self-pollination as the control.The results showed that the fruit setting rate of cross-pollination was ranged from 17.5%~25.7%,while the control was 11.3%.The fruit weight was 262.7~341.8 g in hybrid pollination and 331.3 g in the control,the fruit shape index was 0.76~0.79 and 0.73,the total soluble solids(TSS) was 10.3%~ 11.0% and 10.2%,the peel thickness was 0.39~0.45 cm and 0.43cm,the seeds number per fruit was 6.3~37.8 and 13.7,edible ratio was 72.3%~76.4% and 73.1%,citric acid was 0.69~0.74 g and 0.77 g(100 mL juice),Vc was 34.4~37.9 mg and 37.8 mg(100 mL juice),reducing sugar content was 3.97~4.35 g and 4.19 g(100 mL juice),sucrose content was 4.51~4.85 g and 4.13 g(100 mL juice),respectively.Based on the Duncan’s multiple range tests,four cross-pollinations increased significantly fruit setting rate,obviously influenced seeds number,fruit weight,fruit shape index and sucrose content,indicated the distinct pollen xenia.However,there were no obvious effects on TSS,peel thickness,edible ratio,citric acid,Vc and reducing sugar content.
