摘 要:在田间条件下,对黄冠梨、黄金梨和红香酥梨的光合特性进行测定。结果表明,3个梨品种在晴天条件下光合速率日变化均为双峰曲线,并具有明显的光合"午休"现象。不同品种光合速率日变化存在一定的差异。黄冠梨的光合"午休"现象最明显,红香酥梨的光合"午休"现象相对较轻。黄冠梨的光饱和点(1 200μmol/m2.s)和光补偿点(30μmol/m2.s)明显低于其他两个品种,黄金梨的光饱和点(1 400μmol/m2.s)和光补偿点(70μmol/m2.s)相对较高。各品种的饱和CO2浓度均较高,CO2补偿点差异较小。The photosynthetic characteristics of Huangguan pear,Huangjin pear and Red Fragrant pear were measured in the field conditions.The results showed that three pear cultivars had a double-peak curve of diurnal variation of photosynthesis and a phenomenon of photosynthetic "noon breaking" in sunny days.There were some different changes between the photosynthetic rate of different varieties.The photosynthetic "noon breaking" of Huangguan pear was the most obvious.However,the photosynthetic "noon breaking" of Red Fragrant pear was relatively light.The light saturation points(1 200 μmol/m2.s) and light compensation points(30 μmol/m2.s) of Huangguan pear were obviously lower than the other two pear cultivars.The light saturation points(1 400 μmol/m2?s) and light compensation points(70 μmol/m2.s) of Huangjin pear were relatively higher.The saturated CO2 concentration of each cultivar were higher,the differences of CO2 compensatory point of different cultivars were little.
