摘  要:以红掌Pink Champion品种为材料,采用盆栽试验,研究不同浓度Mg2+对红掌植株形态和生理性状的影响,找出适合红掌生长和改善质量的最佳Mg2+浓度。结果表明,当营养液中Mg2+浓度为0.5 mmol/L时,植株最高、冠幅最大、叶片和佛焰苞最大、花梗和花序最长。该浓度下苗期、初花期和盛花期叶片的叶绿素和总氮含量显著高于对照;而在盛花期,2mmol/L Mg2+处理有利于提高红掌花青素含量。The effects of magnesium on plant morphology and physiological characteristics of Anthurium andraeanum was studied in pots,by using Pink Champion for material,in order to find out the best Mg2+ concentration suitable for the growth and quality regulation of Anthurium andraeanum.The results showed that the plant was maxnium,crown was largest,leaves and flower bract were longest and widest,pedicel and inflorescence were longest when the concentration of Mg2+ was 0.5 mmol/L in the nutrient solution,the chlorophyll and total nitrogen content of leaves were significantly higher than control in the seedling stage,early flowering stage and florescence stage.However,2 mmol/L Mg2+ would help improve the anthocyanin content of Anthurium andraeanum in grand flowering stage.
