摘　　要：目前对防护距离的研究集中在高污染企业对居住区的影响,而往往忽视了高污染企业对食品加工业的影响。通过比较大气防护距离、卫生防护距离及安全防护距离给出了如何准确确定食品加工业防护距离的方法,并以乳制品厂为实例进行了说明。Protection from the current study focused on high-pollution enterprises impact residential areas,but often ignore the high-polluting enterprises in food processing industry,the impact of this protection by comparing the atmosphere,the distance from the Health Protection and Safety Protection from gives the accuracy to determine the distance the food processing industry protection methods.And in dairy plants as an example to explain.
