中国血蛤精子超微结构的研究

摘　　要：利用透射电镜研究了中国血蛤成熟精子的超微结构,研究结果表明中国血蛤的精子为原生型,由头部、中部和尾部构成.精子头部由顶体、亚顶体腔和细胞核组成.顶体呈圆锥形,电子密度比较均匀,顶体长度约为细胞核长度的5/8;亚顶体腔内含有中等电子密度物质;细胞核呈圆柱形,核长度为(1.36±0.05)μm,核宽度为(1.24±0.07)μm(n=42).精子中段由4个近椭圆形的线粒体和2个相互垂直的中心粒组成.尾部鞭毛为典型的"9+2"结构.The ultrastructure of the mature spermatozoon of Hiatula chinensis was observed by transmission electron microscope,and the result is that sperms are of typical primitive type,consisting of three regions： head,middle piece and tail.The head is consisted of acrosome,subacrosome space and nucleus.The acrosome is conical with uniform acrosomal materials,and the length of the acrosome is about 5/8 to the length of the nucleus.The subacrosome space contains materials of medium electron density.The nucleus is cylindrical,and its length and width are（1.36±0.05）μm and（1.24±0.07）μm（n=42）.Four large and approximate ellipsoidal mitochondria and two centrioles make up the middle piece.The flagellum is a standard＂9＋2＂microtubular structure.
