工业制酸转化工段热平衡测试与节能措施研究

摘　　要：通过对某厂硫酸系统转化工段进行热平衡测试与计算,了解了该工段的热工状况,分析了影响热平衡状态的各个因素。针对工段存在能源损失较大的问题,提出了节能技术改造的措施和建议。Heat condition of industrial production of sulfuric acid＇s conversion section was realized by means of thermal balance test and calculation.According to existing problems of high energy loss of sulfuric acid＇s conversion section,analyzed the influencing factors on the thermal balance condition.Some suggestions about carrying out technology modification of energy saving on the conversion section of industrial production of sulfuric acid were proposed.
