摘　　要：文章主要介绍了分组传送网(PTN)设备的技术和网管北向接口,重点阐述了其技术特征,包括其定义、网络层次结构、链路上帧格式和业务承载及其运行、管理和维护(OAM)/服务质量(QoS)技术;针对其设备的相关技术特征,设计了北向接口配置管理功能模块,便于全局网络管理系统(NMS)对PTN设备资源进行有效管理和维护。This paper introduces the technologies and the northbound interfaces for Packet Transport Network（PTN） equipment,focusing on its technical characteristics,including its definition,network hierarchy,link frame format,service bearing and OAM/QoS technologies.In the light of its relevant technological characteristics,it designs the configuration management module for its northbound interfaces to facilitate the Network Management System（NMS） in its effective management and maintenance of the PTN equipment resources.
