摘 要:唐徕渠渡槽为满足施工条件,采用预应力混凝土墙身预制并与底板及拉杆现浇的创新设计,以形成整体的结构型式,并且在底板和侧墙之间设置齿坎,增强接缝处的抗剪能力。为提高接缝处混凝土的密实性及增加水的渗径,在渡槽内壁涂刷新型水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料,并在渡槽混凝土中掺入聚丙烯腈纤维以进一步提高混凝土的抗渗性、抗冻性等耐久性能。上述新技术与新材料的使用,不仅确保工程按期完工,并大大提高了渡槽的抗渗能力,收到良好的效果。For the purpose of satisfying the construction conditions of Tanglai aqueduct,an innovative structural type of the integrity of precast of prestressed concrete wall and cast-in-situ base plate and tie is adopted,and notched sill is arranged between base plate and side wall to increase the shear capacity of joints.Meanwhile,in order to increase the compactness of concrete at joints and lengthen the seepage path of water,a new type cement base permeable crystallization waterproof material is painted on the inner wall of aqueduct,and polyacrylonitrile fibre is added in the aqueduct concrete to further increase its property of impermeability and frost resistance.The application of new technology and new materials not only guarantees completion of the project,but increases the impermeability of aqueduct.
