中药熏蒸疗法对Ⅱ型胶原诱导型关节炎大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-ra含量及IL-ra/IL-1β比值的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中药熏蒸疗法对Ⅱ型胶原诱导型关节炎(CIA)大鼠血清中炎性细胞因子IL-1β和IL-lra水平及IL-lra/IL-1β比值的影响。方法建立Ⅱ型胶原诱导的大鼠模型,ELISA法检测大鼠血清中IL-1β和IL-ra的含量,计算IL-ra/IL-1β比值。结果中药熏蒸能明显降低CIA血清中IL-β含量及升高IL-ra及IL-ra/IL-1β比值。结论中药熏蒸疗法具有抑制CIA大鼠关节炎症的作用,其机制可能与调节体内炎性细胞因子IL-1β及抗炎性细胞因子IL-ra的水平有关。Objective To study the effects of the Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy on the contents of IL-1β、IL-ra and IL-ra/IL-1βin serum of rats with collagen-induced arthritis（CIA）.Methods To establish the CIA model,and measure the contents of IL-1β,IL-ra in serum,calculate the ratio of IL-ra/IL-1β.Results The Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy could lower the levels of IL-β and elevate the level of IL-ra and IL-ra/IL-1β significantly in serum of rats with CIA.Conclusion The Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy has the effects of anti-inflammation on rats with CIA,and its mechanism may be related to regulating the levels of IL-1β and IL-lra.
