地龙中脂肪酸成分研究

摘　　要：目的对地龙的脂肪酸成分进行研究。方法采用皂化法提取地龙中脂肪酸,并采用气相色谱法对其进行分析。结果皂化法提取地龙中肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、棕榈烯酸和次亚油酸相对含量较高。二十碳五烯酸(EPA)/花生四烯酸(AA)的相对含量比值为1.78,地龙中多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)相对含量为20.07%。结论该研究为地龙的药用价值发展提供科学依据。Objective To analyze the fatty acid composition of earthworm.Methods The samples of earthworm were extracted by the saponification and the contents of fatty acids were determined by GC.Results Earthworm had higher relative amount of myristic acid,hexadecanoic acid,palmitoleic acid and linoleic acid.The ratio of relative amount between Eicosapentaenoic acid（EPA） and arachidonic acid（AA）was 1.78 and the relative amount of Polyunsaturated fatty acids（PUFA） was 20.07% in the earthworm.Conclusion This study can provide scientific reference for the development of medicinal value of earthworm.
