摘  要:目的对岗松进行分析研究,测定岗松中杨梅素含量,为岗松的质量标准制定提供方法和依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定岗松中杨梅素含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水-磷酸(17.5∶17.5∶65∶1.3);检测波长360 nm;柱温室温;流速1 ml/min。结果杨梅素在0.204~1.224 g范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.12%,RSD为1.50%(n=6)。结论该法简便可行,重复性好,可作为岗松药材中杨梅素含量的测定方法。Objective To develop a method for determination of myricetin content in natural herb of Baeckea frutescens L.and provide a reliable technique for the establishment of the quality standard of Baeckea frutescens L..Methods An HPLC method was set up to determine the content of myricetin in Baeckea frutescens L.Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was adopted as the solid phase,and acetonitrile-methanol-water-phosphoric acid(17.5:17.5:65:1.3) was used as the mobile phase,the UV detection wavelength was 360 nm with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min at room temperature.Results A good linear relationship was obtained within the range of 0.204 ~1.224 g and the average recovery was 97.12%,RSD =1.50%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible and can be used for the determination of myricetin in Baeckea frutescens L.
