摘 要:目的筛选富集纯化氯化两面针碱的最佳树脂及最佳工艺。方法通过静态吸附-解吸的方法,以氯化两面针碱和总生物碱的吸附率及解吸附率为指标,综合评判确定最佳纯化工艺。结果 Ls006树脂对氯化两面针碱的分离效果最好。通过Ls006树脂分离纯化后,终产品中氯化两面针碱的纯度大于90%,保留率达到56.84%。结论采用Ls006阳离子树脂分离纯化两面针中氯化两面针碱,操作简单,纯化效果突出。Objective To obtain the optimal conditions for separating nitidine chloride from the extract of Zanthoxylum nitidum by selecting appropriate cation exchange resins.Methods Static absorption-desorption method was adopted and separating efficiency was evaluated by cation exchange resins absorption and desorption rates.Results The Ls006 cation exchange resin had the best separating efficiency.After separation and purification,the product purity was over 90%,and the yield of nitidine chloride was up to 56.84%.Conclusion The Ls006 cation exchange resin can be used for purificating nitidine chloride from Zanthoxylum nitidum,and this method is simple and feasible.
