基于实验机制的电力交易与市场秩序研究

摘　　要：分析了目前中国电力交易与市场秩序状况,指出了电力市场的不完美性,包涵有限理性、不完全信息、不完备知识三个主要因素。提出了建立电力交易决策行为模型,运用电力市场实验方法,通过大量重复可控的实验,发现电力市场演化规律。确立了基于多目标多策略多态势的实验机制框架,探索促进电力市场健康发展的交易制度,建立规范透明、公平公正的市场秩序。Electricity trade and market order in China today were analyzed and drawbacks of electricity market including limited logos, incomplete information, and imperfect knowledge were pointed. Decision model of electricity trade based on electricity market testing method were built to find out electricity market law. Meanwhile multi-objective and multi-strategy testing mechanism framework was determined to discover transaction system for healthy development of electricity market and standard market order.
