泰能对重度细菌性感染治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价泰能（伊米配能／西司他汀）治疗重度细菌性感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法：采用非对照开放试验研究，应用泰能治疗重度细菌性感染８３例，其中败血症１６例，感染性心内膜炎６例，下呼吸道感染５８例，皮肤软组织感染３例，应用泰能每次０５～１ｇ，每日２次，疗程５～１４ｄ，败血症及感染性心内膜炎延长到２０ｄ。结果：临床总有效率及细菌清除率均为８９１６％，不良反应发生率为１０８３％，ＭＩＣ值显示泰能对革兰氏阴性及革兰氏阳性细菌均具有高度抗菌活性。结论：泰能是治疗重度细菌性感染的有效。The purpose of the clinical study is to evaluate the efficacy and safty of Tienam(Imipenem-cilastatin) in the treatment of severe bacterial infections.A total of 83 patients were enrolled in the study (16 petients with septicemia,6 with bacterial endocarditis,58 with lower respiratary tract infections and 3 with skinsoft tissue infections).The drug was administered twice a day for 5～14 daysat a daily dose of either 0.5 or 1g of Tienam.Total effective and bacterial eradication rates were both 89.16% The incidence of side effecte was 10.83%.Results of the MIC demonstrated that Tienam was highly active against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.The results indicated that Tienam is an effective and safe antibiotic for the treatment of severe bacterial infections.
