摘　　要：阎孝诚等人［１］将低强度激光血管内照射（Ｉｎｔｒａｖａｓｃｕｌａｒｌｏｗｉｎｔｅｎｓｉｔｙｌａｓｅｒｉｒａｄｉａｔｉｏｎｏｎｂｌｏｏｄ：ＩＬＩＢ）的治疗方法约定为“血疗”，将运用中医药理论归纳“血疗”功用并指导中医临床实践，并称之为“中医血疗”。目前...In the previous paper,the process specific time model of Yin and Yang (YPTM) was put forward:For two related processes,the process of small process specific time belongs to Yin,and the other process belongs to Yang,and the Yin Yang parallel principle was put forward in terms of YPTM and process specific time parallel principle.In this paper,YPTM and the Yin Yang parallel principle were used to study the mechanism of blood therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by means of intravascular low intensity laser irradiation on blood.The successful explanation on the functions of low intensity laser,such as promoting blood circulation,strengthening the body resistance and/or restoring normal functioning of the body to consolidate the constitution,and clearing away heat and toxic meterial provides theoretical foundation for the further development of blood therapy of TCM.
