摘　　要：根据三坐标雷达波束扫描和波束空间分布的特点,采用"相同波位小滑窗检测"作为目标检测准则,"方位上求质量中心、距离上按峰值搜索,仰角上求质量中心"作为目标点迹凝聚准则设计了三坐标雷达点迹提取系统,并在相应的硬件平台上实现,经过验证,效果令人满意。According to the characteristics of the 3-D radar beam scanning and beam space distribution,adopting the small sliding window detection with the same beam as the rule of target detection,by the target plot coacervation rule：seeking for the centroid in azimuth,searching according to the peak in distance,seeking for the the centroid in elevation,this paper designs the plot extraction system of 3-D radars,and which is realized in the corresponding hardware platform,the effect is satisfied through validation.
