摘　　要：在雷达发射机使用阴控的高功率行波管和速调管时,采用固态高压开关是必然趋势。详细介绍了一种固态开关的设计原理和方法。Adopting the solid-state high voltage switch is a necessary trend when the cathode-controlled large power travelling-wave tube and klystron are used in the radar transmitter.This paper detailedly introduces the design principle and method of a solid-state switch.
