摘　　要：物流专业开设时间较短、经费投入不足、社会支持不够等因素制约了实践实训环节的落实,从而出现了毕业学生就业难、用人企业求贤难的"两难现象"。概述了校内外物流实训基地存在的问题与自建校内第三方物流公司的意义,并给出了自建校内第三方物流公司实施的方式来完善物流实训教学,从而消除"两难现象"。Logistics offering short time,the funding shortage,social support,and other factors not part of the implementation of practical training to graduate students appeared in the difficult employment,the employing enterprise seeking difficult.The article summarizes training base of school problems and its own internal significance of third-party logistics companies,and gives third-party logistics companies to implement selfbuilt school approach to improve the logistics practice teaching,thus eliminating ＂a dilemma＂.
