摘  要:[目的]提高迟、难开花甘蔗品种(系)的抽穗率。[方法]对11个常用迟、难开花甘蔗品种(系)进行不同时段的泡水处理,比较不同处理甘蔗的抽穗率。[结果]3个时间段泡水处理均可较大幅度的提高甘蔗品种(系)的抽穗率。其中ROC16的抽穗率从1.20%提高到10.30%,提高幅度最大;华南56-12抽穗率的提高幅度最小,从11.11%提高到16.13%,仅提高45%。泡水处理后,抽穗率高的品种(系)的抽穗率提高幅度小于抽穗率低的品种(系)。宿根甘蔗的抽穗率高于新植甘蔗,但泡水处理对宿根甘蔗抽穗率的提高幅度较小。[结论]泡水处理可显著提高迟、难开花甘蔗品种(系)的抽穗率。[Objective]The aim was to enhance the heading rates of sugarcane varieties (lines) which were late and difficult to bloom.[Method]Eleven common sugarcane varieties (lines) which were late and difficult to bloom were soaked in water for different time segments,and then their heading rates were compared.[Result]All the soaking treatments in water for 3 different time segments could enhance the heading rates of sugarcane varieties (lines) in larger amplitude.Among them the heading rate of ROC16 was enhanced from 1.20% to 10.30% and its enhanced amplitude was largest; that of Huanan 56-12 was enhanced from 11.11% to 16.13% and its enhanced amplitude was smallest,being only 45%.After being soaked in water,the enhanced amplitudes of heading rates of varieties (lines) with high heading rates were smaller than that of varieties (lines) with lower heading rates.The heading rates of ratoon sugarcanes were higher than that of new-planted sugarcanes,but the enhanced amplitudes of heading rates of ratoon sugarcanes by soaking treatment in water were smaller.[Conclusion]The soaking treatment in water could significant enhance the heading rates of sugarcane varieties (lines) which were late and difficult to bloom.
