区域旅游产业均衡发展博弈分析及政府治理角色定位

摘　　要：笔者通过构建博弈论模型对区域旅游产业发展中的两种均衡机制进行了分析,证明完全市场竞争机制作用下的利益分配机制无法实现区域旅游产业的健康、持续发展。针对这种情况,政府要充分发挥自身职能,在服务型政府的行政模式下,保障市场主导型的区域旅游产业持续健康发展。Through formatting the game theory models,this paper analyzes the two equilibrium mechanisms in the development of regional tourism industry,and the results show that interest distribution system under perfect competitive market can not keep tourism industry growing healthily and sustainedly. In view of this situation,the government should give full play to their functions as the service government to make sure market-based regional tourism industry development healthily and sustainedly.
