JNRK对大鼠乳腺增生的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察JNRK对乳腺增生大鼠血清性激素和乳腺组织形态的影响,探讨JNRK治疗乳腺增生大鼠的作用机制。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮肌注造模30 d后,分别用乳疾灵和JNRK治疗30 d。采用放射免疫法测定血清中性激素的含量,测算乳腺体积,取乳房组织行HE染色,光镜观察病理变化。结果:JNRK与阳性药物乳疾灵都能够提高血清中孕酮含量,减小大鼠乳腺增生后的腺体体积,并使病理形态学得到显著改善。JNRK与乳疾灵相比,并无明显差异。结论:JNRK对大鼠乳腺增生具有抑制作用,其机理与调节乳腺增生大鼠的性激素水平,改善增生乳腺的形态学变化有关。Objective：The mechanism of JNRK to hyperplasia of mammary glands was studied by observing the effects of JNRK on serum sex hormone and breast tissue of rats with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods： Injecting rats with estradiol benzoate and progestin induced the model of hyperplasia of mammary gland,treat the rats with JNR and Rujiling Capsules respectively for 30 days.The amount of serum sex hormone was detected by RIA and the size of the mammary glands was measured.Parts of breast tissue were stained.Pathological changes were observed.Results： Both JNRK and-can increase the progestin of serum and decrease the size of hyperplasia.They can improve its pathomorphology.JNRK and Rujiling Capsules do not differ greatly.Conclusion： JNRK has inhibitory effects on hyperplasia of mammary glands.Its mechanism relates to its improving the rat＇s sex hormone and pathology of hyperplasia of mammary gland.
