摘  要:目的探讨急性高胆红素血症豚鼠周围听觉系统损伤的形态学特征。方法选择正常幼年豚鼠30只,随机分成对照组、低剂量组和高剂量组,每组10只,低剂量组和高剂量组分别腹腔给予胆红素100μg/g和200μg/g,建立急性高胆红素血症豚鼠动物模型,对照组腹腔注射等量生理盐水,观察各组实验动物的行为改变及毛细胞和螺旋神经节等结构的形态学变化。结果高剂量组的豚鼠行为明显异常,出现严重运动障碍,本能运动缺乏,翻正反射明显减弱,甚至出现角弓反张和濒死呼吸;低剂量组豚鼠同样有类似的异常表现,但程度稍轻。各组的耳蜗毛细胞无明显变化,螺旋神经节细胞结构基本正常,其间穿行神经纤维髓鞘致密完整,轴索未见明显异常。结论急性高胆红素血症对耳蜗毛细胞、螺旋神经节等周围听觉系统损害轻微,提示可能主要损伤蜗后结构。Objective To investigate the morphology of peripheral auditory system with acute animal model of hyperbilirubinemia in guinea pigs.Methods Based on established jaundiced animal models,normal and experimental neonate guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups:the control group,the low-dose group and the high-dose group.The behavioral neurological assessments and morphological changes of cochlear hair cells and spiral ganglion neurons were measeured and observed.Results There were significant differences in the behavioral neurological assessments among three groups.There were no visible pathological observations in cochlear hair cells and spiral ganglion neurons in all groups.Conclusion The acute hyperbilirubinemia maybe rarely impair the hearing function of peripheral auditory system,which suggest that the lesion site maybe in retrocochlear.
