便携式微量注射泵在临床持续静脉给药的有效性和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的便携式微量注射泵是一种微电脑控制下的活塞泵;无需交流电,输液袋规格有多种选择（50~500ml）,具有便携和支持大量输液特点,弥补了现有产品的不足。文中采用随机、平行对照的方法评价活塞型便携式微量注射泵在持续静脉给药方面的有效性和安全性。方法选取132例糖尿病患者,随机分为试验组（66例,使用便携式微量注射泵）,对照组（66例,使用WZ-50C2型微量注射泵）,经过4 h比较2组输液总量准确性,即输液精度、输液速度稳定性、合格率以及不良反应发生率。结果2组输液精度比较差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05;通过分别比较2组用药0.5、1、3、4 h后血糖与胰岛素量,间接推断2组输液速度的稳定性相似;2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05;研究者综合评价2组合格率,差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论试验组活塞型便携式微量注射泵与对照组微量注射泵在持续静脉给药方面具有相似的有效性、安全性和综合评价合格率。Objective The portable micro-injection pump is a microcomputer-controlled piston pump without alternating current,which is characterized by portability and multi-sized infusion bags（50-500 ml）.This multi-centered randomized controlled clinical trial was to evaluate the efficiency and safety of the micro-injection pump in continuous venous medication.Methods A total of 132 patients with diabetes mellitus were equally randomized to a trial and a control group,the former medicated with the portable micro-injection pump and the latter with the WZ-50C2 micro-injection pump,both for 4 hours.Comparisons were made between the two groups in the precision of total volume,stability of speed,incidence of adverse events and rate of conformance. Results No significant differences were found between the two groups in infusion precision and speed stability（P0.05）,nor in incidence of adverse events（P0.05） and rate of conformance（P0.05）.Conclusion The portable micro-injection pump has similar efficiency,safety and conformance rate in continuous venous medication.
