摘 要:目的:了解常规及快速扩张后皮肤的生物力学变化,为临床应用提供参考。方法:以豚鼠背部为扩张模型,制备样本,用拉力试验机测定扩张后即时、1月、2个月、3个月、6个月皮肤的断裂负荷、最大拉伸长度及最大钢度。结果:常规扩张或快速扩张后,皮肤的各项生物力学指标均较正常减少,但随时间推移,向正常恢复。结论:两种扩张方法都导致皮肤内部结构损伤,弹性及韧性下降。To investigate the biomechanical changes in skin after expansion, we used guinea pig as model. The breaking load, the maximal stretch elongation and stiffness of the skiri on the back of the animal were measured using a tensiometer at the moment of expansion and then at 1, 2, 3 and 6 months after expansion. After conventional arid rapid expansion, these biomechanical data were lowered significantly but turned gradually to normal as time passed..
