摘  要:目的监测高压舱内头罩吸氧罩内CO2体积分数的变化。方法 20例危重患者,其中男性18例,女性2例;年龄18~66岁,平均年龄37.1岁。应用H/F BEA-89A型便携式CO2分析仪,监测高压氧治疗过程中头罩内部CO2体积分数。结果舱内CO2体积分数随治疗时间延长逐渐升高。75 min时舱内CO2体积分数最高,为0.20%±0.25%。罩内CO2体积分数也随治疗时间延长逐渐升高,35 min至75 min最高达0.62%±0.28%至0.64%±0.31%。罩内CO2体积分数与加压前比较虽有升高趋势,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压舱内使用软体透明头罩罩内CO2体积分数有增高趋势;合理调节供氧流量、控制高压氧治疗时间,罩内CO2体积分数可控制在安全范围内。Objective To evaluate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment using head hood on carbon dioxide concentration in hyperbaric chamber.Methods A total of 20 critical patients were enrolled,male 18,female 2,aged 18-66 years old,mean age 37.1 years old.The carbon dioxide concentration was measured with H/F BEA-89A concentration detector during HBO treatment in head hood.Results The CO2 concentration in hyperbaric chamber increased gradually during HBO treatment and reached the peak(0.20 % ± 0.25%) in 75-minute.The CO2 concentration within head hood increased gradually during HBO treatment and reached the highest range(0.62 % ± 0.28 %-0.64 % ± 0.31 %).The CO2 concentration within head hood showed higher than before HBO treatment during HBO treatment,but it was difference statistically.Conclusion The CO2 concentration within head hood increased gradually.Regulating oxygen supply flow and controlling HBO treatment time,the CO2 concentration within head hood can maintain within safety range.
