美比欧疤痕平与硅酮弹力套联合治疗增生性疤痕56例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨综合疗法治疗增生性疤痕新方法。方法：对56例患者联合应用美比欧疤痕平和硅酮弹力套治疗，弹力套要昼夜长期使用，一般坚持3～6个月。结果：56例患者均有不同程度改善，治愈率80％，显效率16％，有效率4％。结论：联合疗法治疗增生性疤痕，效果更佳。56 cases of hyperplastic scar were treated with MEBO Scar Lotion in combination with silicone elastic bandage. This treatment integrated Chinese and western medical treatment. The resu1ts were satis factory. The curative rate was 80 %, markedly effective rate 16 % and effective rate 4 %. It is important to keep wearing the e1astic bandage day and night for 3 to 6 months in order to get good therapeutic result.
