葱白提取物对兔创伤性下肢深静脉血栓形成中IL-6、IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过检测兔血浆炎性因子白细胞介素6(Interleukelin-6,IL-6)和白细胞介素8(Interleukelin-8,IL-8)的水平,探讨葱白提取物防治深静脉血栓的疗效和机制;方法:随机将新西兰白兔24只分为空白模型组、葱白防治组和葱白治疗组。按照赵学凌等方法构建兔下肢创伤性深静脉血栓模型,造模成功后,空白模型组给予生理盐水,葱白治疗组给葱白提取物1周,葱白防治组造模前持续给葱白提取物1周,造模后同葱白治疗组。并检测造模前后血清IL-6、IL-8的变化,对实验数据进行统计分析。结果:造模后,各组兔血清中IL-6、IL-8含量明显升高(P<0.01),葱白提取物预防和治疗均可以降低模型组兔血清中IL-6、IL-8含量(P<0.05),各时段组间比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);结论:葱白提取物能防治创伤后深静脉血栓的形成,其机制与减少IL-6、IL-8分泌有关。Objective：To explore the curative effect of onion extracts （OE） on prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis （DVT） and the possible mechanisms.Methods：New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into model group, OE prevention group, and OE treatment group. Traumatic lower extremity deep vein thrombosis models were constructed according to Zhao Xueling＇s method. Control group were given saline, while OE prevention group were given onion extract consecutively for a week before modeling and OE treatment group were given onion extract consecutively for a week after modeling. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were measured and analyzed before and after treatment.Results：The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly increased （P0.01） after establishing models, and were decreased in OE prevention and treatment group （P0.05）. No statistical significance between different time period groups were detected （P0.05）. Conclusion： OE is effective in prevention and treatment of DVT via inhibiting the generation of IL-6 and IL-8.
