摘　　要：针对阵列式射频仿真系统模拟海杂波性能分析研究。依据电磁场理论,推导出阵列式射频仿真系统目标回波空间辐射特性模型;应用零记忆非线性(ZMNL)变换法实现韦伯分布的海杂波模拟。对其幅度分布特性、频谱分布特性进行了分析验证。最后给出阵列式射频仿真系统目标回波在韦伯分布海杂波背景中的仿真结果。Aiming at sea clutter simulation performance of array type radio frequency simulation system（RFSS）,some analysis was carried out in this paper.According to electro-magnetic field theories,a target echo space radiation character model of array type RFSS was deduced.Based on the method of zero memory nonlinearity（ZMNL）,a simulation of Weibull distribution sea clutter was implemented.Amplitude and frequency spectrum distribution characteristics were analyzed and validated.Finally,a specific simulation instance of target echo of array type RFSS in weibull distribution sea clutter was presented.
