低能量激光胸前区照射对子痫前期大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察低能量激光照射子痫前期大鼠模型对血液流变学的影响,以及肝肾功能的变化。方法雌性SPF级SD孕鼠40只,随机分为四组:实验组(A组)及实验对照组(B组)各10只,妊娠第14d尾静脉注入内毒素1μg/kg;空白组(C组)及空白照射组(D组)各10只,妊娠第14d尾静脉注入生理盐水;实验组及空白对照组于妊娠第16d开始低能量激光胸前区照射治疗。观察各组孕鼠血压、尿蛋白、肝肾功能、血液流变学指标的变化。结果低能量激光胸前区照射治疗后,实验组与实验对照组相比血压、尿蛋白、ALT、BUN、Cr明显降低(P<0.05),与空白组、空白照射组相比无显著差异;实验组全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积与实验对照组相比(P<0.01),与空白组、空白照射组相比无显著差异。结论低能量激光胸前区照射治疗子痫前期大鼠模型能改善血液流变学指标、肝肾功能,使血压、尿蛋白降低。此研究可为以后临床应用提供动物实验依据。Objective To observe the hemodynamic changes and liver and kidney function variations in pregnant rats with pre-eclampsia after treatment with low-energy laser irradiation.Method Forty pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into the experimental group（group A）,experimental control group（group B）,blank control group（group C） and blank exposure group（group D）（n=10）.The rats in groups A and B were injected with 1 ？？/kg endotoxin via the tail vein at the 14th day of gestation,and those in groups C and D received normal saline injections.In groups A and B,low-energy laser irradiation of the chest was carried out since day 16 of gestation.Blood pressure,urine protein,liver and kidney function and the hemodynamic changes in the rats were observed.Result Afterthe treatment,blood pressure,urine protein,ALT,BUN and Cr of group A were lowerthan those of group B（P0.05）,but similarwith those in groups C and D（P0.05）.The blood and plasma viscosity and hematocrit of group A were also lower than those of group B（P0.01）,but comparable with those in groups C and D.Conclusions Low-energy laserirradiation in the chest area may improve the hemodynamic indices,decrease blood pressure and urine protein,and ameliorate liverand kidney functions in pregnant rats with pre-eclampsia.
