野战单侧组合式骨外固定器的研制与临床应用

摘　　要：目的介绍一种新型的野战单侧组合式骨外固定器。方法根据力学原理设计,在单侧简易骨外固定器的基础上,螺纹杆上的圆钉孔、长圆形钉槽的布局改进成两端各为1～2个长圆形钉槽,其间为数个圆钉孔,圆钉孔改进成攻丝圆孔,骨钉改进成带自攻钻头的细螺纹钉。结果经临床治疗胫腓骨骨折28例(30侧),均获得随访,时间10～18个月(12±0.5)个月,骨折愈合时间2～4个月(2.2±0.3)个月。结论本外固定器设计新颖,结构简单,质量轻,体积小,操作方便,固定牢固,无电动工具或手摇钻时也能实施骨折外固定,符合野战及抢险时的需要,为战时及抗震救灾时提高保障能力。Objective To introduce a new field battle unilateral external fixator.Methods According to the principles of mechanical de-sign,in the summary of unilateral external fixator,some improvement was made.The round nail holes and nail-round slot in threaded rod were replaced by 1or 2 nail-round slots at both ends of threaded rod.There were s everal tapping holes between the number of nail-round slot.The bone screws were replaced by small self-tapping screw.Results Thirty cases of open tibia fracture were treated with the struc-ture of external fixator,and all the cases were followed up for 10~18 months.It was from 2 to 4 months with a mean time of（2.2 ±0.3） months for all cases of fracture to unite.Conclusion The structure of external fixator devoice is simple and novelty,and the manipulation of it is convenient.Meantime it has the privileges of light weight,little volume,secure stabilization.The design of this new external fixator can be applied in extremity fractures without power tool and crank drill,so it can strengthen the capability of emergent supply in the field battle and in the earthquake.
