摘  要:①目的观察降糖营养挂面对2型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人的降糖作用。②方法采用双盲对照法,对60例NIDDM病人服用降糖营养挂面后的降糖效果进行观察。③结果治疗30d后,试食组比对照组空腹血糖及馒头餐后2h血糖均明显降低(t=2.12,2.02,P均<0.05),血清胰岛素敏感性提高(t=3.85,P<0.01)。试食组血浆胆固醇和甘油三酯较对照组明显下降(t=3.12,2.02,P<0.05,0.01)。降糖营养挂面对NIDDM病人肝、肾功能及血象等无影响。④结论降糖营养挂面不仅能降低NIDDM病人空腹及餐后血糖,还可降低血脂,同时可提高胰岛素敏感性。Objective To observe the effect of nutrient hypoglycemic dried noodles on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.\ Methods\ The effect of nutrient hypoglycemic dried noodles were studied in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by double blind method.\ Results\ After 30 days of study, it was found that the nutrient hypoglycemic dried noodles significantly reduced fasting and postprandial glucose level( t=2.12, 2.02, P <0.05), TC and TG levels( t=3.12, 2.02, P< 0.01, 0.05), and increased the insulin sensitivity( t=3.85, P <0.01). No side effect was found on hemogram and function of liver and kidney. Conclusion \ Nutrient hypoglycemic dried noodles were effective in reducing fasting and postprandial glucose, TC and TG levels and increased insulin sensitivity. It was suggested that this diet therapy could be applied as a safe and efficient auxiliary treatment in diabetes mellitus management.
