蒲元胃康胶囊对体外培养幽门螺旋杆菌的影响

摘　　要：①目的观察蒲元胃康胶囊煎煮液对体外培养幽门螺旋杆菌及小鼠小肠推进功能、自主活动的影响。②方法向幽门螺旋杆菌培养液中加入灭菌蒲元胃康胶囊煎煮液，培养４８ｈ，观察最低抑菌和最低杀菌浓度；用０．６，１．２，２．４ｇ／ｋｇ体质量蒲元胃康胶囊和６ｇ／ｋｇ体质量胃苏冲剂给小鼠灌胃，连用７ｄ．观察小鼠小肠炭末推进百分率；以同样剂量和给药方法，观察蒲元胃康胶囊对小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀、醋酸性化学致痛及自主活动的影响。③结果蒲元胃康煎煮液对体外培养幽门螺旋杆菌最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）为１∶５１２，最低杀菌浓度（ＭＢＣ）为１∶５１２，蒲元胃康胶囊能明显增加小鼠小肠炭末推进百分率，并且具有镇痛和明显降低小鼠自主活动次数的作用。④结论蒲元胃康胶囊煎煮液对体外培养幽门螺旋杆菌有抑制和杀灭作用，同时有提高小肠推进功能和镇痛。Objective\ To observe the effects of Pu Yuan Wei Kang on Helicobactia pyli cultured in vitro, on the pushing function of small intestine, and spontaneous activity in mice.\ Methods\ Sterilized and decocted liquid of Pu Yuan Wei Kang capsule was added into the culture of Helicobacteria pyli and cultured for 48h. MIC and MBC were determined; Pu Yuan Wei Kang capsule (0.6,1.2,2. 4g/kg) and Wei Su granule (6g/kg) were administrated ig to mice for 7d, the percentage of pushing carbonic powder in small intestine was tested. In the same way and same amount of administration, the effects of PuYuan Wei Kang on mice ear swelling induced by dimethylbenxene, chemical pain induced by accetic acid and spantaneous acts were tested.\ Results MIC and MBC of Pu Yuan Wei Kang on Helicobacteria pyli cultured in vitro was 1:512; Pu Yuan Wei Kang capsule could increase the percentage of pushing carbonic powder in small intestine, exert analgesia effect and decrease the count of spontaneous acts in mice. Conclusion\ Pu Yuan Wei Kang capsule had inhibiting and killing effects on Helicobacteria pyli cultured in vitro. It could increase the pushing movement of small intestine, exert analgesia and calming effects on mice.
