间断补铁治疗缺铁性贫血的效果

摘　　要：①目的观察间断补铁治疗缺铁性贫血的效果和副作用。②方法将４５例缺铁性贫血病人分为每日补铁组和间断补铁组，观察铁剂治疗后红细胞指标和血清铁蛋白的变化以及副作用的不同。③结果每日补铁组和间断补铁组补铁后红细胞各指标比较差异无显著性（ｔ＝１．２３～１．６７，Ｐ＞０．０５）。血清铁蛋白两组比较差异无显著性（ｔ＝１．８３，Ｐ＞０．０５）。间断补铁组恶心、胃部不适发生率明显降低，与对照组比较差异有显著性（χ２＝１０．７１，１１．８２，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论间断补铁与每日补铁治疗缺铁性盆血相比较疗效相近，但副作用小。Objective To observe the curative and side effects of intermittent iron supplementation in patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA).\ Methods\ 45 cases of IDA patients were divided into two groups: daily iron supplementation group and intermittent iron supplementation group. RBC indices, serum ferroprotein and side effets after treatment were observed.\ Results RBC indexes were not significantly different between the two groups ( t=1.23-1.67, P <0.05), nor was the serum ferroprotein (t=1.83, P >0.05). The side effects of nausea and gastric discomfortability in the intermittent supplement group was significantly reduced( χ 2=10.71, 11.82, P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ There was similar therapeutic effect both in daily and intermittent iron supplementation groups, but the side effects of latter were much less.
