银屑病病人血清表皮生长因子的变化及其意义

摘　　要：①目的探讨表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）与银屑病发病的关系。②方法采用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法对６４例银屑病病人和２４例健康成人的血清ＥＧＦ进行测定。③结果银屑病病人血清ＥＧＦ明显增高，与对照组相比较，差异具有显著性（ｔ＝４．３７，Ｐ＜０．０１），且随银屑病病人皮损的加重，ＥＧＦ增高明显（Ｆ＝６．７９，ｑ＝３．４７～５．３８，Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１）。Objective To explore the relationship between psoriasis and epidermal growth factor (EGF).\ Methods\ By using double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the serum EGF were measured in 64 psoriasis patients and 24 healthy adults.\ Results\ The level of serum EGF in psoriasis was significantly higher than normal group (t=4.37,P<0.01), and along with the exacerbation of psoriatic skin lesions, the EGF was more obvious ( F=6.79,q=3.47- 5.38, P<0.05, 0.01). \ Conclusion\ The increase of serum EGF was closely related to the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
