RSD-CAH对真丝织物的功能化改性研究

摘  要:利用苯丙烯醛(CAH)对多氨基化合物RSD进行接枝改性,制备了紫外吸收剂(RSD-CAH)。利用RSD-CAH对真丝织物进行整理,测试与分析了整理织物的抗紫外抗菌性、耐洗性及吸湿吸水性能。结果表明:整理后真丝织物的UPF值由6.01提高到65.68;织物对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为91.49%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为93.43%;在经过30次洗涤后,织物的UPF值仍然达到51.82,且其抑菌率均在88%以上,说明整理后的真丝织物具有良好的抗紫外及抗菌耐洗性能;整理后的织物具有良好的吸湿吸水性。To get a UV absorber(RSD-CAH),the benzene acrolein(CAH) was grafted on the multi-amino compound named RSD.Silk fabric was treated with this kind of UV absorber.The antibacterial and anti-UV performances of the treated silk fabric were tested,and moisture absorption,water absorbability and washable performances of the finished fabric were also studied.The results showed that: the silk fabric's UPF value was increased from 6.01 to 65.68.The antibacterial rate of the fabric to E.coli bacteria was 91.49?%,and to Staphylococcus Aureus was 93.43?%.After laundering 30 times,the UPF value of the finished silk was still up to 51.82,and its antibacterial rate was more than 88?%,which indicates that the finished silk fabric has a good UV shielding effect and antibacterial properties.And the finished silk fabric has good moisture absorption and water absorbability.
