摘　　要：服饰是艺术与技术的结合体,齐国之所以"冠带衣履天下",不仅是齐国开明的政治、经济制度的产物,更是齐国科学、合理的服饰生产管理下先进生产技术的结晶。齐国丝绸服饰生产管理制度具有完善的管理体制,奖惩有度的管理模式,严格的产品生产标准,是现代服饰生产管理模式的雏形。Garment is a combination of art and technology.Qi was named ＂Garment being the best in the world＂.That is not only because of the Qi＇s enlightened political and economic systems,but also because of its advanced production technology under the scientific and reasonable production management.The Qi Silk Garment production management system is regarded the embryonic form of modern garment production management pattern,which includes consummate management systems,management pattern of moderate rewards and penalties and strict production standards.
